At Point B, our philosophy about direct mail is that it must do more than simply deliver a message to a mailbox. To that end, we implement a series of strategies that ensure that those objectives are met.
Because a mailer’s success depends so much on the quality of the list, we start with qualified internal and external list procurement. These lists are scrubbed and scrubbed again until we've identified the right segments for your message. Next we develop attention-grabbing messaging to capture the consumers’ interest. Once we've got their attention, we give them a very real incentive to respond. And lastly, we utilize multiple response mechanisms - from custom online landing pages - to dedicated phone lines - even good old snail-mail to ensure that responses are definitively captured. When integrated within a larger campaign umbrella, our direct mail campaigns have generally achieved great success.
